PLACES I CREATE AND WORK..........

Hi Everyone!....What a busy week this has been!...This is going to be a short post...A while back Karen (My Colonial Home blog) had posted pics of where she blogs and creates at...So I decided I would share with you where I do my work....

This is the arrangement above my computer cabinet...

And this is the computer cabinet that hides my computer....

And here is my computer surrounded by all my packing supplies...Not the neatest, but the system works....

Another view.....

This is where I work at night when I'm x-stitching....

And this is where I finish the final touches...

And of course I work on my farm table....And it is still piled high with unfinished boxes to paint like in a previous post...I'm trying to decide on colors and I need to order some stain....We will eat at the table again someday!!!...ha!ha!...So where do you create???...Share!!!!

Hope everyone is having a good week!!!
Until next time......hugs,Jen

OK - I'm SO depressed now after seeing how tidy and decorated your computer area is - my table is vintage and I have cubbies for all the papers, but it's a MESS compared to yours! LOL Guess that gives me lots of room for improvement! Thanks for the pictures!

I love that you can close up the cabinet when you don't want the computer seen!! Wonderful space. I love that I can picture you sitting there now!!

Wow, everything is so nice and neat! When you close the doors to your cabinet, everything disappears! My computer is in a small bedroom that we turned into a home office. I have shelves behind me full of vintage dolls and others filled with office supplies, books, etc. Not a pretty sight! It would be nice to only have the dolls and books displayed, along with my computer. Maybe one day.

As far as creating goes, I do everything on my kitchen table. So I have to finish in order to have meals there. If paint or stain needs to dry, it either goes outside or on top if the washer and dryer! LOL! Our house is small!

How cool to see where you enter the cyber world & do your creating. Love your computer area & that you can just close it up. Thanks for sharing.

I love your creative areas, Jen! How nice to be able to close everything up when you're done. As far as showing my creative area, I'd have to tidy up a bit before I take pictures and post them!! lol

Enjoy your weekend!

I think I have the same computer cabinet! We bought it at an unfinished furniture store, painted it Turkey Red, then antiqued it. The top of yours looks nicer than mine, though.

Your x-stitch area looks like a great place to take a nap, too! Very cozy.

Oh Jen....no matter what you do...it is good! That computer area is so neat. Not only do you have it all primmed up but you can close the door on the computer!!!!!!! That is wonderful. How interesting to see where you work on your cross-stitching at night. Looks very comfortable.
Thanks for sharing some of your private life. Loved it!

Friends,
Susannah

Hi, I love your work spaces. I have been looking for a computer cabinet, I hate seeing it out in the open and it is in our family room. I like the desk, just not the fact that everything is out in site! I also love your stitcheries, so very, very nice. Wishing you a wonderful day!

Very nice creative spaces. You have the creative thoughts to go with those spaces. You home is so nice and cozy.

My creativity takes place all over and you can certainly tell it at times too.
