I wanted to finally share my fireplace mantle with you...If you remember back at Christmas it was white...Well, yesterday I was taking pics and shifting the family from room to room to do this....Tim sat down as I was clicking and I told him he'd be on my blog, so here he is.....

Doesn't he look relaxed!!!!????!!!!.....Did you notice the fireplace????...I absolutely love the blue!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

after I painted it......Pic taken with a flash....

I finally found it!!!...I have been searching on ebay for this pattern from the 80's....Every once in a while I'd do a search and nothing would pop up....Well, GUESS WHAT!!!!...I found it and now I have it in my possession!!!!!YEAH!!!

As you can see in my home I collect pottery and I wanted this x-stitch pattern ....Perserverance pays off!!!!!

Have a blessed rest of the week!!!..Until next time!!!!....hugs,Jen

Hey Jen,What a lovely home you have! Everything is decorated so beautifully!
I've been inspired by you tose more blue! lol!
I am using more of that old mason jar aqua and a deep midnight blue...sounds odd but really it's quite nice...
Your DH seems so unconcerned that he's in your "shot"....lol!
DH would have his hand stuck up in front of his face....he hates having his picture made! lol!!
Thanks for sharing such great pics!
I really like your blog!

The mantle is wonderful! I'd love to try that myself. I would love to visit your home - it's so warm and cozy and prim but not too much so. Because of you I tried my hand at painting some stacking boxes. I just posted them on my blog if you'd like to take a peek. I have a long way to go to get them looking as good as yours but I thank you for the inspiration.

Everything, and I mean everything looks awesome. Great job on the fireplace and your new coverlet is wonderful. I love anything that is salt-glazed pottery. What a great chart. Would you be willing to sell it to me when you're done with it?

Hi Jennifer, this is my first visit to your prim blog and I'm lovin what I see. I'm looking around at the prim blogs to get some paint inspiration, I'm going to paint my kitchen cabinets, can you help me by stearing me to some girls who are showing kitchen pictures? Also I love the color of your bathroom door and trim, what color is it? I'd appreciate any help you can offer, thanks! Sue
