BRRRR!!!It's cold here in Georgia!!! We even saw a little snow yesterday, but it is suppose to be back up near 70 this weekend if the forecast is true....Crazy Georgia weather!!

The Christmas decor is piled up on the farmhouse table in preparation to being put away..It wasn't as bad putting it up this year since I didn't put as much out this year...Tim commented for the 5th time today that I didn't decorate as much as i usually do...

Tim is still on his vacation of 17 days...So Christmas will be put up tomorrow and some cleaning out and rearranging will be taking place a little everyday....I still have my 8 ft Christmas tree up with only the lights on it...I may leave it up a few more days or i may get up tomorrow and say "ok, it's going down".....

I'm preparing myself for a whirlwind of activity once school starts back...Luke will have his regular classes along with some other activities this new year to work on his speech and talking in more sentences....So, I'm going to have to utilize my time wisely!!

I also have plans to work on my Christmas sampler I didn't get finished and new offerings...along with some new simple everyday designs...

I'm looking forward to pulling out all these patterns I've been buying throughout the years and hopefully getting some of them stitched...My house is looking bare since I sell pretty much most of what I stitch, so my home doesn't look like a stitcher lives here...

So many plans for this new year....But, in the meantime, I'm enjoying family time and spending my days in my pajamas nursing a head cold that my son decided to share with his mama...

I hope you had a wonderful Christmas and are looking forward to this new year!!

Until next time~~hugs, Jen

Sorry you have that nasty head cold. Going around here in Alabama too. I will be doing the same things as you tomorrow, boxing up all my decorations.

Hi Jen,
We had 4 inches here in Chickamauga on Christmas Day...how perfect is that!!! Then it snowed most of the day yesterday. Hope you feel better soon. Blessings in the new year!!
