A New Primitive Halloween Sampler..............

Hi everyone!...I hope you're having a restful Sunday!...Sorry it has been so long since I last posted...Life just got in the way!...I was busy stressing about getting my 3 year old ready to start back to school for his speech classes...He goes for a little over 2 hours each morning...I HATE having to send him this young, and it wouldn't be so bad if I didn't have to leave him in tears and screaming every morning...I only pray it gets easier!!

He missed the first 2 days due to a tummy virus he had all last weekend til Tuesday...

And then we have been trying to get our sleep times turned around....I was staying up til 3 am or 4 am working on stuff after I told myself I wouldn't be doing..But old habits are hard to break!...I've always been a night person!!...So now it's up at 7:20....A big change!

But I have been working on a new Halloween design that I'm going to chart for a pattern.....I just finished it up last night...It is a primitive table sampler...Or it could be made into a pillow....

I'm starting on my next sampler when I get off of here...Then charting hopefully this week as we get use to our new schedules and get to a routine around here...

Until next time!!~~hugs, Jen

Both my sons had speech therapy. Luckily enough I was able to stay with them; the therapist thought it was best I learned some of the techniques to be able to work with them at home. And it does pay off!! I can't wait for Halloween. Neither can my husband; he says it's when I'm at my happiest :) Beautiful work . . .

Both my sons had speech therapy as well. Luckily I was able to stay with them; the therapist thought it best that I learn some of the techniques to continue working with them at home. It does pay off!!! I can't wait for Halloween. Neither can my husband; he says it's when I'm at my happiest. Your work certainly got me in the mood.

Hi Jen! I love the new Halloween sampler. I never thought about making a sampler and just laying it on a table. I love the way it looks! Great idea!

I love the sampler. I would love the pattern as well. I am sorry to hear about your little guy but in the end it will be worth it and he will appreciate it when he gets older as well.

Hi Jenn,

I love your sampler. I can not wait for the pattern to come out!

It is so hard when your babies leave and go to school. I was really upset when my youngest left for pre-school. But, he came home each day so proud of himself and all of the things he was doing. I thought he was growing up to fast! But, it the hugs, kisses and snuggle time so precious!

Blessings,
Alicia

I LOVE this new sampler!!! Can't wait for the pattern, sure hope that it will be soon :)

It's hard to have them start "school" so soon. My son also needed speech therapy and by starting so young he completed it much sooner than his peers that waited to start until kindergarten. You are definitely doing the right thing!
