Happy first day of Summer!!!..I have to laugh about this because it has felt like summer since April here..We're having triple digits this week with high humidity and no rain...Ugh!!!!!..Luke and I are hanging out watching cartoons...I think after dinner some x-stitching and some movie time sounds good!!!...How are you spending your first day of summer???

    Oh you lucky gal you! We're still waiting on summer....We had 2 (or was it 3?) days in the 90's - now we're back to the 50's and 60's - and rain!! I'm wearing sweats and a hoodie - and thinking about hunting down my slipper socks!! Enjoy! Smiles & Hugs ~ Robin

    Sweating (while watering the garden) and staying indoors in the a/c doing handwork in the hot Carolinas!

    This first evening of summer will find us heading to the Adirondacks to fish....... We will be meeting my brother and sil, who are there already. Hoping to have nice weather, although the forecast does not look good. :(
    It's always fun to get away for a few days anyway! Enjoy the rest of your week!

    I agree with Robin!! Lucky girl! We actually have some warmer weather w/ blues skies today and maybe 80 tomorrow but otherwise it has still been pretty cool out. Hope to get out and enjoy it if I can get rid of this summer cold.. Have a great day! Tina

    That is some hot weather you are having! Drink lots of water.
    I had to work all day but had our Lions Club picnic at 6:30 tonight.
    Thay supplied grilled steaks and soft drinks and everyone had to bring a dish to pass. I made strawberry shortcake. Lots of fun

    How did I spend the first day of summer? Turning 60, taking the worst DL photo of my life, and having an allergy attack. But as long as I'm still here to bitch, that's all that matters. Enjoy your summer days!

    That's just too hot! I don't like to sweat unless it's intentional :o) Our temps here have been upper 80's and our pool is still not clear and the central air still not rehooked since we put in an electric water heater in the spring & hubby had to disconnect & I'm STILL WAITING for him to fix it....but it's better than snow!! Stay cool my friend ~Kriss~
