MORE HOUSE PICS!!!

Happy Wednesday friends!!!...Whatcha all up to????......I snapped a pic of my bedroom with the coverlet switched over to the other side......

I wanted to finally share my fireplace mantle with you...If you remember back at Christmas it was white...Well, yesterday I was taking pics and shifting the family from room to room to do this....Tim sat down as I was clicking and I told him he'd be on my blog, so here he is.....












Doesn't he look relaxed!!!!????!!!!.....Did you notice the fireplace????...I absolutely love the blue!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I finally found it!!!...I have been searching on ebay for this pattern from the 80's....Every once in a while I'd do a search and nothing would pop up....Well, GUESS WHAT!!!!...I found it and now I have it in my possession!!!!!YEAH!!!










As you can see in my home I collect pottery and I wanted this x-stitch pattern ....Perserverance pays off!!!!!

    I like how you did your windows if I remember right you said you used osnenburg, I just wonder how it would look on a bigger window:)
    Everything looks just wonderful and I always look forward to your posts. Love the mantel too.

  10. Jen, your coverlet looks great both ways. I think your mantle looks wonderful. Love the blue on it. Tim does look comfy. That's the way my DH looks most evenings. What a great pattern. Can't wait to see it done up.

    I've been inspired by you tose more blue! lol!
    I am using more of that old mason jar aqua and a deep midnight blue...sounds odd but really it's quite nice...
    Your DH seems so unconcerned that he's in your "shot"....lol!
    DH would have his hand stuck up in front of his face....he hates having his picture made! lol!!

  18. The mantle is wonderful! I'd love to try that myself. I would love to visit your home - it's so warm and cozy and prim but not too much so. Because of you I tried my hand at painting some stacking boxes. I just posted them on my blog if you'd like to take a peek. I have a long way to go to get them looking as good as yours but I thank you for the inspiration.
